My story

In 2018 I bought my new sewing machine and started quilting. I looked online for a quilt I wanted to make. Then with only a picture to go off of and the long distance help from my mom, I completed my first quilt top. When the time came to put it together, I sandwiched it and quilted on my domestic machine with lines on either sides of the seams. Not knowing what I was getting into (and because I don’t do anything the easy way) I put minky fabric on the back. From then on, I was hooked and couldn’t wait to do more.

After moving back to Texas once my husband retired and using my mothers long arm on my quilts, we decided to buy me my own long arm. I get great joy out of quilting and love picking out the patterns and colors to match a quilt.
